Introduction

The website we are testing assists tourists, visitors, and local inhabitants of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in learning about the most prominent heritage and cultural locations, as well as providing information about the Kingdom's legacy by building a site that shows the Kingdom's heritage.

The most prominent historical and cultural sites in Saudi Arabia, which will define Saudi Arabia's legacy and culture so that the site provides a thorough description of heritage and cultural sites, as well as recommendations for each historical period.

Testing Plan and Requirement testing

We chose user interface testing and usability testing strategies as the most fitting strategies to test a website.

The main requirements are: Register, Login, View landmarks, Search, Add category, Add landmarks, Add region, Add city, Add Tour Guide by City, Find Tour Guide by City, Rating and Comment.

Test items and the features to be tested: we tested all the requirements and features except:

The tasks carried out to conduct the test cases were as follows: 1- All the team members have read the relevant chapters of the senior student's project to understand the requirements. 2- The stated use cases were divided on the team members. 3- The initial drafts of the test cases and the general plan for usability testing we written. 4- A meeting through Zoom was done to execute the test cases, and notes and screenshots were taken. 5- The members wrote the test cases in the report.

Test Type 1: User Interface Testing

The conducted User Interface tests and written cases are based on the Use Cases specified by the senior project students who built the “Torathuna” website. 1- Number of test cases executed: 62 2- Number of test cases passed: 37 3- Number of test cases failed: 16
