We also studied the difference between user-centered and usage-centered designs - as it is shown in the figure below- so we can build two websites each one of them with a different design approach and compare their affect on users’ trust

Also, by studying previous related work, we concluded these factors as Factors that effect the relationship between user trust and design

Usage-centered Design Process

For this experiment, we created the user journey as illustrated in Figure 1 in order to to identify critical functionalities that must be integrated into the website.

Furthermore, we constructed a prototype, as shown in Figure 2, to serve as a blueprint in organizing information hierarchy and navigational schema. Thus, ensuring that both product information and transactional features are logically arranged to facilitate easy access and efficient browsing experiences for users.
